My therapeutic stance is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed. Our relationship and the space we create together will often be a source of reflection, as it can shed light on dynamics outside of the therapy space as well.

Our work together is built upon the pursuit of 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, feminism, Harm Reduction, liberation psychology, disability justice, and decriminalizing mental health.  Most often, you can expect me to show up with humor, deep compassion, curiosity, candor, and directness.

I trust in your skills, your innate knowledge of your needs, and your capacity for growth. My role is to help tap into what you already know, identify the patterns you may want to shift, and develop a greater trust in yourself to enact change. Our work together will help remove barriers, resolve ambivalence, and strengthen your relationship with yourself.

I encourage your questions, welcome the fullest expression of yourself, and look forward to what we can build together!

I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute. In addition to working in private practice, I spend my time working in community mental health, including Seneca Family of Agencies, Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, and East Bay Agency for Children.

I am supervised by Nalini Calamur, LMFT 128469. I seek regular consultation and continual training to ensure you get the best care possible and that my services continually develop to better meet clients’ needs.
