Welcome to Olivia Donnini Psychotherapy
It’s nice to have you here.
Hi, I’m Olivia (they/them)
I am a queer, gender expansive, relational therapist.
I work with adults, teens, and families of all configurations.
My approach is non-judgmental, curious, compassionate, candid, collaborative, and humorous.
Our work together focuses on what feels most pressing to you.
My practice specializes in:
— trauma (childhood, complex, acute)
— anxiety + panic
— depression
— burnout — work stress — overwhelm
— neurodivergence — different ways of thinking + being
— life transitions
— identity exploration (gender + sexuality)
— relationships
— grief & loss
— suicidality + self harm
I value a flexible approach that meets your individual needs.
Modalities I frequently pull from are:
— trauma-informed care
— psychodynamic therapy
— motivational interviewing (MI)
— somatic attachment therapy (SAT)
— dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
— internal family systems (IFS)
— cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
** all of these build on an intersectional liberation stance
Offerings
(All services have sliding scale available)
Individual Therapy
I partner with adult individuals who seek authenticity, relief, support, and change. Together, we find ways to quiet the noise, gain some clarity, and make the shifts you want to see in your life.
Adolescent Therapy
I connect with adolescents who are looking for help navigating one of the biggest periods of change they’ll ever experience. A safe space to explore identity, learn more about yourself, and figure out what comes next.
Family Therapy
I support families of all configurations in moments of change, uncertainty, and unbalance. Together, we connect to what you love most about each other and find new ways to relate in times of stress.
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to go it alone. Reaching out for help, taking the plunge and looking at what you want to shift in your life, it all takes courage. Together, we can sift through whatever is going on and coming up for you, make sense of it and chart a path forward.

Maybe you feel like you’re too much. Or not enough. Maybe you keep having big reactions that don’t feel like they make any sense to you. Maybe you crave authenticity but feel like you’ve lost how to find it. Maybe you keep it all together on the outside, while inside it feels like the tide keeps rising. Whatever it is, you are welcome here as your whole self, exactly as you are.
